1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using services available through music.redroom.studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern access to and use of Red Room Music Sites and Industry Standard Artist Websites provided by Red Room Studio.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase or use the services offered on this website.

2. Description of Services

Red Room Studio provides hosted artist websites through its Red Room Music Sites platform, including the Industry Standard Artist Website product.

These services provide artists with a professionally structured website designed to showcase music, media, and related content.

Artist websites are hosted on infrastructure operated and maintained by Red Room Studio.

Unless otherwise specified, services provided through music.redroom.studio are delivered as a hosted platform service, not as a fully custom web development project.

3. Service Term

The purchase of a Red Room Music Site or Industry Standard Artist Website provides access to the platform and associated hosting services for a period of twelve (12) months beginning on the purchase date.

This purchase does not automatically renew.

Continued service beyond the initial term requires a new purchase or renewal.

If the service term expires and is not renewed, Red Room Studio may suspend or remove the associated website.

4. Payments and Fees

All payments made through music.redroom.studio are for digital services and are generally non-refundable once services have been provisioned, unless otherwise stated.

Prices for services may change at any time. Future renewals may be subject to updated pricing.

Failure to complete payment or maintain an active service term may result in suspension of services.

5. Platform Customization

Artist websites are built on a standardized platform framework.

Optional customization services may be purchased separately. Customization services may include adjustments to layout, design, or presentation features within the scope defined at the time of purchase.

Customization does not transfer ownership of platform technology or proprietary systems to the client.

Requests beyond the purchased customization scope may require additional fees.

6. Domain Names

Artists may use a domain name with their website. Domain registration may be handled either by the artist or through Red Room Studio.

If the artist registers a domain independently, they remain responsible for maintaining access to their registrar account and ensuring the domain remains active.

Red Room Studio is not responsible for issues caused by domain registrar policies, expired registrations, or misconfigured DNS settings.

7. Platform Hosting and Infrastructure

All Red Room Music Sites and Industry Standard Artist Websites operate on hosting infrastructure managed by Red Room Studio.

Because these services rely on proprietary platform architecture, external hosting environments are not supported.

Red Room Studio may update, modify, or improve its infrastructure as needed to maintain performance, security, and reliability.

8. Artist Content Responsibility

Artists are solely responsible for all content provided for or uploaded to their website, including but not limited to:

  • music files

  • album artwork

  • images

  • videos

  • logos

  • merchandise

  • written content

By submitting content to the platform, artists represent that they own the content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use and display it.

Red Room Studio is not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted materials.

Red Room Studio reserves the right to remove any content that violates copyright law, intellectual property rights, or applicable regulations.

Artists agree to indemnify and hold Red Room Studio harmless from claims arising from unauthorized or infringing content.

9. Artist Website Policies

Each artist website may contain its own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, store policies, or other legal statements governing interactions with visitors.

These policies are controlled and maintained by the artist.

Red Room Studio does not assume responsibility for the business practices, policies, or transactions conducted by artists through their websites.

10. Advertising and Promotional Programs

Red Room Studio may operate advertising, promotional, or brand collaboration programs across its platform.

Artist websites may participate in such programs where appropriate.

Advertising placements, sponsored content, or promotional campaigns may appear on participating artist websites.

Participation in promotional programs does not guarantee advertising placement, revenue, or brand collaborations.

Program availability and participation may change at any time.

11. Third-Party Integrations

Artist websites may integrate with third-party platforms or services such as music streaming services, payment processors, merchandise providers, or social media platforms.

Examples may include Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Stripe, Printful, or other third-party providers.

Red Room Studio does not control the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services and is not responsible for disruptions caused by outages, API changes, policy updates, or service limitations imposed by those providers.

12. Platform Modifications

Red Room Studio reserves the right to update, modify, or improve the platform at any time.

Such updates may include changes to design, functionality, system architecture, or available features.

These modifications are made to improve performance, security, and user experience.

13. Suspension and Termination

Red Room Studio may suspend or terminate access to services if a website is found to contain:

  • illegal content

  • copyright infringement

  • malicious software

  • fraudulent activity

  • content that violates these Terms of Service

Accounts may also be suspended for unpaid invoices or expired service terms.

14. Intellectual Property and Platform Technology

The technology powering Red Room Music Sites and Industry Standard Artist Websites—including platform architecture, proprietary software, backend systems, and custom modules—remains the exclusive property of Red Room Studio.

Artists receive a limited license to use the platform while their service term is active.

Ownership of platform technology is not transferred to the client.

15. Service Expiration and Platform Continuity

If a service term expires and is not renewed, Red Room Studio may suspend or remove the associated website.

Because Red Room Music Sites operate on proprietary platform infrastructure, website architecture and platform functionality are not transferable to external hosting environments.

Artists are responsible for maintaining their own copies of any music files, images, videos, text content, or other materials they provide to the platform.

Red Room Studio is not obligated to export, archive, or re-deliver website data or client-supplied materials.

16. Limitation of Liability

Red Room Studio provides digital infrastructure and tools for artists to present their work online.

Red Room Studio does not guarantee audience growth, sales, streaming performance, bookings, or career outcomes resulting from the use of its services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Room Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or business opportunities.

17. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Red Room Studio operates.
